Our goal is to showcase fun and exciting destinations while highlighting sustainability in a positive and engaging way. To maintain high-quality content, we ask all contributors to follow these guidelines:

1. Content Quality Standards

• Articles must be at least 1,000 words long.
• Content should be engaging, informative, and easy to read.
• We encourage a positive storytelling approach that makes sustainability appealing and enjoyable.
• Avoid overly technical jargon – keep the language conversational and inspiring.
• Every piece should include practical tips and insights on how travelers can experience destinations sustainably and useful information about the destinations themselves.

2. Originality & Ethical Standards

• All content must be original and plagiarism-free. We use plagiarism checkers and AI detectors to verify authenticity.
• While AI tools can assist with research and structuring, articles must be primarily human-written to ensure authenticity and a personal touch.
• Writers must disclose if any part of their article is AI-generated or heavily influenced by AI tools.

3. Submission Process

• Pitch First: Writers must submit a pitch (a short summary of their idea) before writing the full article.
• Approval Required: Once the pitch is approved, writers can proceed with the full article.
• Articles should be submitted in Google Docs format with sharing enabled for comments.
• Editorial Review: We may suggest edits to improve clarity, structure, and engagement.

4. Image Requirements

• Each article must include at least 5 high-quality photos related to the destination, hotel, tour, or experience.
• Photos must belong to the writer (no stock images or AI-generated visuals).
• Images should be web-friendly (not too large but still sharp and professional-looking).
• Writers must provide captions for each photo.

5. Attribution & Visibility for Writers

• Approved writers will receive full credit for their work.
• We feature the writer’s photo, bio, and a link to their personal blog (if applicable).
• Articles will be promoted through our social media channels and newsletter.

6. Content Ownership & Usage

• Once approved and published, content must remain on our platform for at least one year.
• Writers should not republish the article elsewhere.
• We reserve the right to edit and optimize articles for SEO purposes while maintaining the writer’s voice.

7. Legal & Ethical Considerations

• Writers must respect copyright laws for both text and images.
• Any sources used must be properly credited.
• Misleading, discriminatory, or unethical content will not be accepted.
• Writers must comply with GDPR and privacy guidelines when mentioning people, businesses, or specific locations.
